Required Screenings:
It is very important and encouraged that your child's own physician complete ALL mandated screenings. Your insurance covers one comprehensive exam each year that includes ALL the Massachusetts mandated screenings.
Please have your physician screen your child for the following:
Lead: Grade K
Tuberculous: Grades K & New Students
Vision: Grades K-5
Hearing: Grades K-3
Height/Weight/BMI: Grades K, 1, 4
Postural: Grade 5
